Best Place in the area. They are at the other end of my apartment complex so they are close. Delivery is always on time, 15 minutes tops depending on what you order. Food is good and the Pan Fried Dumplings are to die for. I should know I always get a order at least everyday.
This is a small, very good Chinese restaurant in the middle of a residential neighborhood. They have a fairly extensive menu, the food is tasty, it's not overly expensive, and the delivery service is incredibly fast (if you should order that way). If ordering by phone, I suggest you speak with the gentleman who works there. The woman who works there is nice, but she doesn't always understand what you're saying and you might have to repeat your order several times.
